2HT Foundation (Healing Health Total) aims to strengthen community based screening, early detection, timely referral, and integrated care for cervical, breast, oral, and lung cancers, alongside common non communicable diseases including diabetes and hypertension. Working in close partnership with the government health system, the Foundation drives systemic transformation through evidence based, community centred interventions that improve health outcomes, strengthen primary healthcare, and empower individuals and communities.
